Erick and Julie joined Back2Back in 2011 to serve at the Cancun site for six years. They are passionate about family strengthening and community development. They served as Cancun Site Directors for four years. In 2017 they moved back to the United States to expand the Strong Families Program at other Back2Back sites. In 2020, Erick took a new role as the Director of the Child & Family Development team. In 2021, Julie began as the US Director of India. They have two grown children and enjoy hiking, biking, and other adventures. Monthly giving is the most sustainable way to support a staff member.
