Invest in transformational change for an entire children’s home! Your commitment meets large-scale needs, such as a well for clean drinking water or regular medical check-ups for every child in the home. Home Sponsorship is $250 per month.
The directors of Rukuba House of Refuge feel called to provide a place of shelter for orphaned and vulnerable children. They founded Rukuba out of their faith in God and confidence that He would provide. In 2012, they were ready to accept their first child; they now care for eight orphans. They envision their home to be a place of permanent foster care, where they raise the children alongside their daughters in a family setting. The setting for Rukuba is rural and wide open for children to run, climb and explore. Additional caregivers in the home create a strong family atmosphere where the children can express their needs and trust they will be met. Sponsorship funds help provide for school fees and books, school transportation, and maintenance of the home.
