Through the Transition Program, Back2Back offers young adults who have grown up within the system a support network as they take their first steps toward independence. Back2Back provides them with mentorship as they navigate their last years of college or trade school, while helping them seek employment, safe housing, and a healthy church connection. Back2Back invites you to join in supporting the students as they approach the finish line in becoming self-sustaining individuals who give back to their community. Back2Back knows educated young adults are more likely to become leaders of tomorrow, forever shaping the direction of their country. Post-graduation, many of the young adults served return to their communities to invest in and mentor children in similar, vulnerable situations they were once in. This provides encouragement that they, too, can break free from the grip of poverty.
