Haiti Family Reunification

Family Reunification in Haiti is actively pursuing the reduction of the number of years children are institutionalized as they encourage transition back to families and communities, where children can receive protection and care to grow, develop, and deepen their sense of belonging and purpose. Staff walk alongside the children transitioning back home and the families receiving them through effective case management, including preparation, support and follow up.
