Family Sponsorship

Family sponsorship gives a sponsor the opportunity to build relationships with an entire family and support their collective growth towards dependence on Jesus, interdependence in their community, and sustainable independence as a household. Based on research in best practices and our experience over the past 25 years, we know that children flourish best and overcome obstacles when they grow up in a family, with consistent and nurturing parents who encourage their development and foster a deep sense of belonging and purpose. The Strong Families program seeks to reinforce vulnerable families so children can experience a healthy family upbringing, and reduce or eliminate the risk of trauma due to family rupture.
