Mama Paulita Children’s Home in El Limon, Mexico opened their doors in 1958 with the primary vision to teach orphaned children about the love and forgiveness of God. On average, it is home to around 50 children ages 5-18 years old. The children who are in preschool, elementary and middle school attend a school connected with the children´s home. The high school age children attend an offsite high school, while the college students attend a college depending on their career choice. In the morning they eat cereals, fruit, milk with vitamins, lunch is balanced with meat, grains, vegetables and natural fruit water, and at dinner there is eggs, cold meats, and different salads. On Sundays, the children attend a local church. In their free time, the children practice soccer, volleyball, ride horses, and ride bikes. Sponsorship funds help provide for balanced meals, school fees, medical care, and housing expenses.
