Destiny Children's Home

Destiny Children’s Home was founded in 2011 by Sandra Chikan and her husband, who works for the Nigerian government. The couple is committed to using their resources to serve orphaned children from the community.  Many of the children in this particular home have been orphaned by religious persecution. Destiny has two homes serving children ranging in age from 5-20. The children attend a private school and receive after school tutoring. The children enjoy being outside, doing crafts, and playing soccer. Sponsorship funds help provide balanced meals for the children, pay for school fees, assist with housing costs, provide medical care, and supplement caregiver and tutor salaries.
